Background and Heritage
My background and my heritage have equipped me with the integrity, zeal and energy
to provide my very best efforts for whomever is my client.
I am proud to say that my father and mother have provided examples of
unstinting honesty, integrity and community service and that I shall
never betray their standards in working with home buyers or sellers.
My training and experience has been in the fields of Real Estate as
well as Mortgage Loan servicing . I originally joined Coldwell Banker
in the Fair Oaks, California office but transferred to their Capitola
office because my wife Regina and I wanted our children to live in the
area where we had both been raised.
Since I started selling real estate in Santa Cruz County, first with
Coldwell Banker and now with ERA American Dream Realty, I have
consistently been one of the top producers at both companies.
